The SIS system has been migrated to the Cloud. The ParentVUE (URL) has been updated, please use the new link and follow the steps below to update the URL you use to sign in.
Important: Changing your portal URL does not affect your username, password, or student information. It only updates the web address you use to access the portal.
Option 1: Use the New URL Directly
- Open a web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox).
- In the address bar at the top, type or paste the new URL provided by your school.
- Press Enter on your keyboard.
- Once the portal opens and you confirm it works, bookmark or save the page for future use (see Option 2).
Option 2: Update a Saved Bookmark or Favorite
If you previously saved the old link, update it using the steps below.
On a Computer
- Open your browser.
- Go to your Bookmarks or Favorites menu.
- Right‑click (or Control‑click) the old portal link.
- Select Edit or Edit Bookmark.
- Replace the old URL with the new link: https://ca-paramountusd-psv.edupoint.com
- Click Save or Done.
On a Phone or Tablet
- Open your browser.
- Tap the Bookmarks or Favorites icon.
- Locate the old portal link.
- Tap Edit.
- Update the URL with the new link: https://ca-paramountusd-psv.edupoint.com
- Save your changes.
Option 3: Update the ParentVUE App (Mobile Device)
1. Click the gear icon on bottom left
2. Click Add Another district URL
- Type in the 90723 Paramount Zip Code
- Select Paramount Unified School District then click Yes to confirm.
- Log in

Troubleshooting Tips
- Page won’t load?
- Double‑check the spelling of the URL. Make sure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end.
- Seeing an error or old page?
- Clear your browser cache or try a different browser
- Still being redirected to the old site?
- Delete any saved bookmarks and manually enter the new URL.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Do I need a new username or password?
No. Your login credentials stay the same.
Will I lose access to my student’s information?
No. All data remains unchanged.
What if I didn’t receive the new URL?
Please contact your school office for the correct link.
Need Help?
If you continue to have issues accessing the portal after updating the URL, contact your child's school with:
- Your name
- Your student’s name
- A description of the issue
- A screenshot (if possible)

- Escriba el código postal 90723 (Paramount).
