Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Download Microsoft Teams

  1. For Windows or macOS:
    Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/download-app

  2. For Mobile Devices:
    Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and search for Microsoft Teams.

Step 2: Install the Application

  1. On Computer:

    • Click Download for Desktop and run the installer.
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
  2. On Mobile:

    • Tap Install and wait for the app to download.
    • Once installed, open the app.

Step 3: Sign In

  1. Launch Microsoft Teams.
  2. Enter your district email address and password.
  3. Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) if prompted.

Step 4: Verify Access

  • After signing in, you should see your Teams dashboard with chat, calendar, and files.
  • If you encounter issues, visit the Knowledge Base or submit a ticket in the Support Portal.
