Microsoft Teams is the district’s primary platform for communication, collaboration, and virtual meetings. Installing Teams on your device ensures you can access chat, video calls, and shared files from anywhere.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Download Microsoft Teams

1. For Windows or macOS:
   Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/download-app

2. For Mobile Devices:
   Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and search for Microsoft Teams.

Step 2: Install the Application

1. On Computer:

   • Click Download for Desktop and run the installer.
   • Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

2. On Mobile:

   • Tap Install and wait for the app to download.
   • Once installed, open the app.

Step 3: Sign In

1. Launch Microsoft Teams.
2. Enter your district email address and password.
3. Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) if prompted.

Step 4: Verify Access

• After signing in, you should see your Teams dashboard with chat, calendar, and files.
• If you encounter issues, visit the Knowledge Base or submit a ticket in the Support Portal.
