How to Sign-in to the Support Portal

Overview

This article will go over the steps required to sign-in to the ParamountUSD Support portal. The support portal uses Microsoft Azure SSO, so if you are already signed into another application in your browser it will make the process even faster, otherwise follow the steps detailed below. 

Target Audience: Staff 

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to support.paramountusd.com
  2. In the top right-hand section of the page, click Sign In
    • ​​​​​​​
  3. You will be directed to the Microsoft 365 login page
    • Enter your full e-mail address, then click Next
    • Enter your district password, then click Sign in
  4. Once authenticated, you will be redirected back to the support portal where you should now see your name in the top-right corner of the page.
