Overview
If needed, parents can complete an enrollment benefits application via ParentVUE.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Log into ParentVUE, Select Online Registration Tab and Select the Universal Benefits Form

Introduction Tab
- Review welcome, select Continue
- Identify the Student(s), select Save And Continue
- Type your name to capture Signature, select Save And Continue
Family Tab
- Review Home Address and select Save And Continue
- Review Mail Address and select Save And Continue
Parent/GuardianTab
- Review Demographic information and select Save And Continue
- Complete Universal Benefits Form
- Select Household size
- Check the services that apply
- Date
- Apply Signature to sign
- Select Save And Continue
- Find your name and select Edit then Save And Continue
Emergency Tab
- For each emergency contact listed select Edit then Save And Continue
- Make sure there is a Complete Status for all
- Select Save And Continue
Student Tab
- For each student listed select Edit then Save And Continue
- Make sure there is a Complete Status for all
- Select Save And Continue
Review & Submit Tab
- Select Review
- Scroll down, Universal benefits information is correct then check box
- Select Submit
- Confirm submission then select Ok
